Norman has been a Committee Member and Legal Advisor to the Bone Marrow Donor Programme for over 5 years. A prominent face behind Rodyk & Davidson and one of the leaders in the area of Corporate Real Estate work, Norman has covered a wide spectrum of property related transactions, including development and financing in his years of practice.
Widely acknowledged as a thought leader in real estate matters, Norman is a leader in collective sale transactions in Singapore. He is actively involved in advising banks and financial institutions, property developers, statutory boards, property consultants, investors and purchasers in real estate related matters including developments, sale, purchase, management, mortgages, other securities and other financing schemes. Norman is also a regular speaker in the fields of property law, project development and related financing and is a co-author of the authoritative publication of Halsbury Laws and Precedents – Land, with contributions made to the European Intellectual Property Law Review on The Laws of Copyright in Singapore.
On a community front, Norman has also acted is consulted by many medical professionals and organisations, including The Singapore Red Cross and the National Cancer Foundation.
